These solid wood, antique, Eastlake-style chairs are absolutely stunning. Good condition and great patina on the beautiful dark wood. They are a gorgeous red color. The scalloped details and intricate cut-outs are beyond perfect. Please feel free to reach out for additonal photos and/or a video. A set of six in this condition is such a great find. Believed to be Victorian. As with many antiques, they are on the smaller side. Some of the chairs have repairs to the arm rests, etc., along with the caning that has been replaced (they are not all exact matches as you can see in the photo of the caned seats). The gorgeous joinery is a great example of the impeccable craftmanship and attention to details. These are very old so some minor imperfections can be expected. The backrests joinery is still secure, however it does move slightly when forced on one chair. We would be happy to try and secure this before sending, but we wanted to offer them in their true antique state. Care should be taken with this chair to preserve it's good conditon.
